Powerpay21, a leading payments company in Germany is looking for highly qualified salespeople across Europe, to support its growth strategy:

Responsibilities include:

  1. “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations)
  2. Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  3. Evaluate customers’ skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  4. Meet personal and team sales targets
  5. Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
  6. Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
  7. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  8. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven go-getter
  • Prior payments/fintech experience a plus
  • Proficiency in more than one language a plus. German language fluency is highly desirable.
